All the fruit is covered by large tunnels, so work is not stopped by wet weather.

Hours of Work / Wages

In our busiest periods the farms generally work a six day week - Monday to Saturday. A normal working day is approximately 8 hours a day.

Fruit harvesting starts about 06:30 and finishes around 15:00 hours. Other work is normally 07:30 to 16:30. The farms do not work on Sundays and occasionally we have Saturdays off as well.
